Julie with Lewes LEWES LITTLE JOHN
Male, Half Accoyo
Born: June 2005
Colour: Solid light fawn
Mother: Lexi, Chilean import with a full Accoyo covering male.
Sired by Accoyo Tolkein

Lewes Little John is the first alpaca bred by County Alpacas. We named him Lewes after the nearest town to where he was born in East Sussex. The staff at Atlantic Alpacas who looked after him had already called him Little John, so both names were then used when registering him with the BAS. Lewes had a difficult start in life with his mother, Lexi, dying before he was weaned. He was bottle fed and his strength of character quickly endeared himself to everyone who cared for him. He is probably the friendliest alpaca you could wish to meet. He has great confirmation and we are now hoping to show him next season.

He is half Accoyo as his sire is Accoyo Tolkien who now forms part of the EP Cambridge stud herd.
