The Yorkshire Alpaca Group

We are proud to have launched the Yorkshire Alpaca Group (YAG) which is affiliated to the British Alpacas Society (BAS) and is the regional group for alpaca owners in Yorkshire to guard the welfare of alpacas and to promote its fleece. It also serves to provide a support and information network for alpaca owners and breeders and anyone interested in owning alpacas. The next meeting of the Yorkshire Alpaca Group will be held at 1.00pm on Saturday 5th April 2008 at Wetherby Town Hall. This will be our AGM. The guest speaker is yet to be announced.

There will be quarterly meetings, giving us a chance to get together and share experiences and swap alpaca tales (not tails, that would be cruel!).

The Yorkshire Alpaca Group will be at the Great Yorkshire Show in 2008 holding an exhibiton event. If you wish to be involved please follow the link below.
